Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (Flexible Schedule)

Job Description:

General laborer for home remodels, assisting and learning from project leads. Within this role, the job is more of a helper role with the opportunity to grow.  Looking for hard working candidates to meet physical demands, provide a friendly service and willing to learn. Jobs may range from Longmont, to Boulder, to Fort Collins and other areas within northern Colorado. General understanding of general construction is helpful, not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to project leads with completing home remodel projects

• Maintain a clean job site by picking up trash and removing it from the job site, upon removing other materials

• Operate power tools, making measurements and cuts to materials

• Loading and unloading material/ Delivering material to job site

• Proper demolition of job site (Bathroom, Kitchen, Decking, etc.)

Hiring Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check

• Must have driver license and reliable transportation to travel around the northern Colorado area

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more, among other physical tasks

• Ability to have good communication skills with leads, as well as customers 

• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations set by the company
